First day of classes.
Pupils of the Antonio M. Serapio Elementary School warmly welcome the new school year, 2018-2019 on June 4, 2018. “A successful first day can be a key component for a successful school year.” This is what the teachers and staff of Antonio M. Serapio Elementary School (AMSES) believe as they warmly welcome the pupils for the school year 2018-2019 on June 4, 2018. Students wearing their new uniforms and the new supplies from the City Government of Valenzuela line up for the flag ceremony on the AMSES covered court for this officially marks the beginning of the school year and walk in line to their respective classrooms peacefully. The number of enrollees has significantly increased in comparison to the enrollees last year. In preparation to this, teachers, staff and other stakeholders participated in the Brigada Eskwela ’18, last May 28- June 2, 2018 prepared the classrooms and other facilities making these conducive to give not only an overall learning experience for the students but for teachers’ teaching experience as well. These classrooms are now newly-painted, decorated, well-lighted and ventilated. With the successful first day of classes, the teachers and staff of AMSES are looking forward with excitement for a fruitful and productive academic year ahead.
